• For XM VIP: your XM account number, email and phone number, and the deposit screenshot you send.
• Messages you send to our chat or website assistant, so our team can help you.
• For the membership: payment status from our payment provider (we never see or store card numbers).

Why we use it

• To verify your XM account is linked to our partner program and your deposit meets the minimum.
• To give you access to the VIP / members channel and live sessions, and send reminders.
• To answer support questions and keep a record of decisions made on your account.

What we never do

• We never ask for passwords, OTP codes or card numbers.
• We do not sell your personal information.
